Eric LeclercEric Leclerc is Associate Professor of Geography at the University of Rouen (France). He started his research in south India on developmental issues, both in rural areas as well as in small towns. After completing his PhD he spent about a decade in Arica before returning to India. From 2004, he was for two years, the head of the Regional Dynamics in South Asia and International Relations team at the Centre de Sciences Humaines (New Delhi).
