Eric Leland SaakEric Leland Saak is Professor of History at Indiana University–Purdue University, Indianapolis. He has previously served as Head of the Department of Theology, Philosophy, and Religious Studies at Liverpool Hope University (2010–12), and worked for te Netherlands Research School for Medieval Studies (1994–2000). Trained by the late Heiko A. Oberman, and a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Tübingen, Saak's numerous publications include High Way to Heaven: The Augustinian Platform between Reform and Reformation, 1292–1524 (2002) and Creating Augustine: Interpreting Augustine and Augustinianism in the Later Middle Ages (2012).
