Erik Bertelsen

Erik Bertelsen is a partner at Kromann Reumert since 2000, Erik Bertelsen leads the Aarhus office's Competition Group in EU and Danish competition law issues. Erik was born in 1964 and holds law degrees from the University of Aarhus (cand.jr. 1989) and the Free University of Brussels (LL.M 1992). Between 1994 and 1996, he spent two years managing Kromann Reumert's Brussels office. Erik combines considerable expertise in merger control with an extensive background in competition and procurement law litigation, as well as experience in a range of energy law and commercial law matters. A noted speaker at competition law conferences, Erik is also a co-author of the book Danish Merger Control (Dansk Fusionskontrol) and his works have been published in renowned Danish and international journals.
