Erin Bolens

Erin grew up in Leeds and now lives in London. She will always identify as northern and will always ask for more gravy. Erin began writing poems as a child as a practical response to grief. She now writes, teaches and performs across the country. rin has performed across the country with Boat Poets Collective and The Poetry Takeaway, she has been commissioned for various projects with Nationwide and the NHS.

Erin’s first solo show - What We Leave Behind exploring loss, legacy and funeral buffets was published by Burning Eye’s BX3 imprint.
