Ethan James KaplanEthan James Kaplan is a playwright and novelist from New York City. He has a BA in English and Creative Writing from Northwestern University and a MFA in Creative Writing from Queens College. Ethan has taught courses on writing, public speaking, and nternational affairs at Queens College and Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Ethan's play Imitatio was the winner of the 2017 Birdhouse Prize and was published by Ghostbird Press in 2018, and his play Speculation was performed as a staged reading at the Flea Theater in June 2016.
