Euston QuahProfessor Euston QUAH is the Albert Winsemius Chair Professor and Head of Economics at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, and an Adjunct Principal Research Fellow of the Institute of Policy Studies at the National University of Sigapore (NUS).
