Evangelos GrigoroudisEvangelos Grigoroudis is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Production Engineering and Management, Technical University of Crete, Chania, Greece. He received the diploma in production and management engineering from the Technical University f Crete, in 1991 and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the same University, in 1996 and 1999, respectively. His research interests are in service quality, operational research, and customer behavioral analysis. He acts as reviewer for more than 50 scientific journals and he is an Assistant Editor of Operational Research: An International Journal and International Journal of Decision Support Systems, and a member of the Editorial Board International Journal of Information and Decision Sciences, International Journal of Information Systems in the Service Sector, and International Journal of Multicriteria Decision Making.
