Evangelos VenetisEvangelos Venetis is an independent scholar in Iranian Studies based in Athens focusing on Hellenic (Greek) -Iranian Studies in premodern and modern times. He wrote his doctoral thesis on the Book of Alexander (Iskandarnama) at the Univrsity of Edinburgh and conducted post-doctoral research in classical Persian literature at the University of Leiden.
