Eve Cooper

Eve Jihan Cooper is a multiplatinum, Grammy Award®–winning, Emmy®-nominated rapper, singer-songwriter, actor, mother, philanthropist, and entrepreneur. In 1999, Eve made history with her debut album, Let There Be Eve…Ruff Ryders’ First Lady>, by reaching number one on the Billboard 200 as the third female rapper ever to achieve that chart-topping position. Eve has released four albums to date; costarred in fifteen films; starred and co-executive produced her own sitcom, Eve; cohosted the CBS Daytime Emmy®–nominated talk show The Talk; as well as starred in the critically acclaimed series Queens, among many others. Musically, Eve is known as a trailblazer for women in hip-hop, constantly elevating the parameters of lyricism with her work. The Philadelphia native is based in London with her family.
