Fabiana Carriera

Fabiana Carriera received her Master’s degree in Food Sciences and Technologies in 2021 from the Department of Agricultural, Environmental and Food Sciences of the University of Molise in Campobasso. She then won a research fellowship at the Univesity of Molise on the determination of formaldehyde in environmental and occupational matrices. She also carried out a research grant at the Department of Civil Engineering and Mechanics of the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio on the characterization of airborne dust emissions from braking systems. She is currently a Ph.D. student in Agrofood Production at the University of Molise.
