Faria ZandiniaFaria Zandinia was born on 02 June 2010 in Tehran, Iran. She immigrated to Vancouver, Canada, with her family at the age of three, and started learning Persian language and literature from the age of seven.Her teacher is Parinaz Zhandy, a well-known oet and writer living in Vancouver, who teaches Persian alphabet and language to children and adults in a new way. With the passage of time and her remarkable progress in reading Persian poetry and prose texts, by participating in Iranian celebrations and rituals such as the Nowruz festival, Shab-e Chelleh, Tirgan ritual, The festival of Mehrgan, The celebration of Sadeh and Sepandarmazgan, which was held in the Be Sooye Ayande institute and gatherings of fellow Iranians, had an important role in protecting the native language and authentic Iranian culture.In addition to that, Faria continues to go to Persian charity associations and non-governmental organizations to recite beautiful poems and verses from the stories of the Shahnameh and promote the language and culture of her motherland. She has been interviewed many times on Parvaz TV programs and has talked about the promotion of the Iranian language and culture and the defense of human rights. Her articles have been published in Persian newspapers. Since her childhood, Faria has been interested in social activities and voluntarily cooperates with the Be Sooye Ayande Institute. She participates in ballet, swimming, and piano music classes, she is studying in the 8th grade of secondary school and works professionally in the volleyball team. Faria>s artistic activities in the field of painting and drawing are shown in a creative way in the book A Guide to Persian Proverbs. Maryam Samimi, the teacher of painting and drawing art of Faria at the Be Soye Ayande Institute, was her guide and guided her in the illustration of her book.At the moment, Faria and her teacher, Parinaz Zhandy, have written and edited the bilingual book A Guide to Persian Proverbs, their goal is to promote the culture of common Persian proverbs among the new generation of Persian learners.
