Fatma InceFatma İnce holds a Ph.D. in Management and Organization and currently serves as the Head of the Health Management Department and Vice Dean at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Mersin University, Türkiye. She is also the Head of the Health Management Mater's Program (Thesis Track). She teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Creative Thinking, and Teamwork, aiming to foster not only managerial skills but also personal growth among her students. Her academic interests include entrepreneurship, leadership, creativity, intergenerational synergy, sustainability, and learning organizations.
