Fergal DavisFergal Davis is a Reader in Public Law at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King's College London and a Senior Visiting Fellow at the School of Law, UNSW Australia. From 2011 to 2014 he was a member of the Australian Research Council Laureate Fellowshi: Anti-Terror Laws and the Democratic Challenge Project in the Gilbert + Tobin Centre of Public Law at UNSW. His research is particularly concerned with the maintenance and protection of civil liberties in times of emergency.
