He is Professor of Civil and Criminal Procedure in the Law School of the University of Murcia, Spain, and has taught Constitutional Procedure in the School of Law Practice of the same universiy. He has held the positions of 'Secretario General' of the University and Secretary of the School of Law Practice. He has served as a judge in the Superior Court of Justice of the Autonomous Region of Murcia within the Administrative Chamber. In recognition for his long-standing work training new lawyers, he was distinguished as an honorary member of the Bar Association in Murcia.
