Fernando Fernandes Fernando Fernandes is a professor at the Superior Institute of Engineering in Porto. He has a Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering and Computing from the University of Porto. He was a co-founder of the Portuguese Society of Scientific Exploration (SPEC), s an associate investigator at CTEC at the University Fernando Pessoa, and is a member of the collective CDU of the Anomaly Foundation in Spain.
