Encerrado en casa, empecé a estudiar cómo funcionaba la ansiedad y qué podía hacer para librarme de ella. Cuando lo conseguí, decidí contárselo al mundo, porque yo me sentí muy solo en todo este proceso, y no quiero que nadie se sienta igual.
Así que decidí empezar a dar charlas y escribir libros contando mi experiencia. Me he rodeado de un fabuloso equipo de científicos, psicólogos y terapeutas, y he creado un curso que ha ayudado a miles de personas a superar su ansiedad. Gracias a haber sufrido ansiedad hago lo que hago y soy quien soy.

Ferran Cases. At the age of 15 I began to suffer from anxiety, until at the age of 21 I developed a body paralysis due to it. From that moment on, my life changed. Cooped up at home, I began to study
