Finola WilsonFinola Wilson is a former secondary English teacher, and now company director of Impact Wales. Finola started out in education, training and coaching in 1990. More recently, Finola has been supporting schools across the UK, but particularly in Wales nd Scotland, to understand how research underpins good teaching and learning. As one half of Impact Wales, she creates simple one-page sketchnotes that bring together visuals and text to help teachers understand research-informed pedagogy. Finola is an avid runner and spent many years running long distance races.
