Francesco SofoFrancesco is Head of Human Resources Development and the Adult Education Program at the University of Canberra. For the past twelve years he has concentrated on the field of adult education and human resource development, teaching adults to become techers and facilitators of others' development. He introduced the field of Human Resource Development to the University of Canberra in 1990, and he was instrumental in establishing the award for best practice in Human Resource Development and Adult Education and in developing the first accredited course in Value Management.
