Frank Stock
Frank Stock was born and schooled in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) to parents who were refugees from Germany. In 1964, he left the country to attend university in the UK and was called the Bar in 1968. He went to Hong Kong in 1978 where from 1986-91 he as solicitor general and then was appointed to the High Court bench. He retired from full time judging in 2014.
