Gabriel LauferGabriel Laufer, the son of Holocaust survivors, native of Israel, lives in Charlottesville, VA. He earned a Ph.D. in Engineering from Princeton University and served as a professor at the Technion in Israel and at the University of Virginia unil his retirement. He is the author of A Survivor's Duty, co-translator of Notes from the Valley of Slaughter by Aharon Pick.
