Cohen's non-fiction books for Roman, Inc. include, Once Upon an Ark and Fontanini Nativity Stories. Cohen co-authored several Publications International gift books, Save the Last Stall for Me, and Heavy Petting - a collection of quirky pet stories. Cohen uses her undergraduate and graduate degrees in anthropology to add depth to her eclectic list of writing projects.
