As a student of spiritual formation prepared at Ashland Theological Seminary and advocate for ministry health, Gail holds clergy ordination and has found great joy in leading others to deeper devotion by facilitating online prayer studies, hosting 24-hour prayer summits and national prayer calls, and creating a platform for women and girls to share their voices. She is an accomplished conference and workshop speaker who has been privileged to present the Gospel around the world in pastoral, teaching, and prayer facilitation roles, equipping and motivating women to walk boldly into their promised future in Canada, England, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Israel, and Germany. Working previously as Vice President of Diversity for an international women's ministry Gail has also authored nine books and a host of training resources. She currently works as the CEO and Editor-in-Chief for READY Publication, an edgy, different, and content-rich quarterly magazine.
