Geoffrey LoftusGeoff Loftus received his BA from Brown University, and Ph.D. from Stanford University. He has been professor at the University of Washington in Seattle since 1973, as well as visiting professor at MIT. He served as editor of Memory & Cognition, assoiate editor of Cognitive Psychology, and editorial-board member of various other journals. He has authored numerous books, book chapters, and articles. His research concerns human perception and memory, as well as mathematics, statistics, scientific methodology, urban design, and video games.
