Holtz is a partner in the San Francisco office of Bingham McCutchen, LLP, where he works on a variety of complex litigation matters, including intellectual property, commercial and tort litigation, and insurance matters. He is the author f the book "Welcome to the Jungle: the Why Behind Generation X," and has written and lectured widely on litigation and intellectual property matters. He is admitted to practice to practice in all of the U.S. District Courts in California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
