Georg LolosGeorg Lolos is a meditation teacher of Greek origin based in Germany. Before he came to mindfulness he was employed as a political TV journalist for WDR/ARD - the German equivalent of the BBC. In his early 30s, Georg began suffering from severe dpression and burnout. Eventually he felt that he needed to make a significant change and moved to the Buddhist monastery Plum Village in the south of France. Georg spent three intensive years there, living in a community of monks, guided by the world-renowned Vietnamese Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. Since his return, he has taught mindfulness and meditation to thousands of students in courses and workshops. After its release in Germany, Georg's book "Don't cuddle with your thoughts" was on the bestseller list of DER SPIEGEL for several weeks. For the past 15 years, a lot of Georg's energy has gone into training new mindfulness teachers. In addition, he gives lectures on inner self-care to an array of professionals, from executives of global companies to teachers to medical professionals. Read More Read Less
