George KarekwaivananeGeorge Karekwaivanane is a Lecturer in African Studies at the University of Edinburgh. His research focuses on socio-legal studies and digital media in Africa. He has published on the political uses and impacts of digital media in Zimbabwe. Herecently co-edited a Special Issue entitled 'Publics in Africa in a Digital Age' which was published by the Journal of Eastern African Studies. He has also published extensively in the field of socio-legal studies.
