George W Bullard
George Bullard is widely recognized as a speaker, teacher, consultant, and mentor to Protestant leaders. He is a futurist, a strategic thinking expert, an authority in conflict mediation, and a writer. His vision is to use his spiritual giftednessto empower Christian leaders, congregations, and denominations toward effective Kingdom ministry. He has expressed this through congregational and denominational service in his Baptist tradition and five decades of consulting, coaching, and mentoring.
Academically, George has secured a bachelor's degree in history and sociology, two master's degrees (divinity and theology), and a Doctor of Ministry degree. He has been an adjunct or visiting professor in seven seminaries or divinity schools. In his Baptist denomination of heritage, he has served in local, regional, and national staff roles. He also served as leader of the North American Baptist denominational groups connected with the Baptist World Alliance for seven years.
George has worked with more than 1,000 congregations and local, regional, and national/international denominational organizations among Protestant groups. George's ministry has included work with 50 denominational families throughout North America. Among them are Anglican, Assemblies of God, Baptist, Brethren, Christian (Disciples of Christ), Christian and Missionary Alliance, Christian Reformed, Church of God, Episcopal, Evangelical Covenant, Evangelical Free, Grace Brethren, Lutheran, Mennonite Brethren, Methodist, Pentecostal Holiness, Presbyterian, Reformed Church in America, United Church of Christ, Wesleyan, and others.
These numerous encounters with congregations and denominational leaders have empowered George to have an in-depth understanding of congregations of all types.
