Giles DixonGiles Dixon is a widely travelled lawyer who has lived and worked in the UK, Australia, Cyprus and the UAE. An enthusiast of newsprint and radio, he has collected quotes from numerous sources over the years and that has led to the publication of BonsMots. When he retired from a City of London law firm in 2002 he established his own one-man law firm. He also set up a website selling commercial contract templates online, where a 'Last Word' page was used to post quotes that he came across. Many of them are in this book. He is now semi-retired. In his spare time he has been involved with some charities including, for the last ten years, as a Trustee of Turner's House in Twickenham, the house designed and built by the artist JMW Turner. His previous publications include co-author of Exporting made Easy, and contributions to other law books including Schmitthoff's The Law and Practice of International Trade. Read More Read Less
