Gill HayGill attended Canterbury University School of Fine Arts in the 1980sand has been exhibiting widely in New Zealand and overseas for thepast 30 years. Her work is primarily oil paintings on canvas. Gill, a firstcousin of the author Jane Parlane, lives n Lyttelton where she has astudio in her home, overlooking the inner harbour. She has alongstanding involvement with a local charity supporting Canterburychildren, Cholmondeley Children's Centre. Cholmondeley providesrespite care for tamariki aged 5 -12.
