Gregory A WarrenDr. Gregory Warren is a twenty-two-year veteran of the Delaware State Police, retiring in 2005, as the Director of Training for the Division of State Police in Delaware. During his career, he served as a uniform trooper, patrol commander, Director ofCommunity Services, Director of Planning, and Troop Commander. Dr. Warren also served as the Administrator for the Delaware Council on Police Training. He retired again in 2021 after 13 years as a professor and the program chair, for the Masters in the Administration of Justice and Masters in Homeland Security programs at Wilmington University. Dr. Warren has written numerous articles on leadership development and organizational performance. He focuses much of his writing, teaching and consulting on the criticality of individual, team and leadership performance to organizational success. His new leadership development and performance management program focuses on providing comprehensive situational performance and decision-based organizational leadership training to all members of organizations, regardless of position, rank or seniority. Dr. Warren also presents on a variety of subjects critical to effective public safety operations today, ranging from Successful Strategic Planning, to Advanced LE Ethics, Conflict Management and De-escalation Techniques, Risk Prevention and Mitigation and the Situational Policing model. He is a certified master instructor and has trained tens of thousands of public safety personnel. Dr. Warren holds his Doctorate Degree in Vocational Education from Temple University. He also holds an associate degree in police science, a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, a bachelor's degree in behavioral science, a master's degree in supervisory management, and is a graduate of Northwestern University's School of Police Staff and Command.
