Telephone conversations indicate he may be legally qualified to practice most everything but law in the State of California; claiming a Nurse Practitioner's License fo medicine, membership in the International Brotherhood of Teamsters to drive a cab, a PhD to teach at a university, and a number of credentials for kindergarten through the ninth grade. Asked for experience particulars, he responded with an enigmatic, "I've been attending college, teaching or taking classes much of the time."
