He is a recognized researcher, planner and lecturer in the fied of environment-friendly transport, public transport and urban planning in Scandinavia. He has worked on national, Nordic and European projects, such as HITRANS, as researcher and research leader, consultant and advisor to central and local governments, and the private sector. His main professional interests include high quality public transport network planning and design, sustainable transportation development, and sustainable public and environment friendly transport and urban planning.
