H.G. Thorburn

HUGH G. THORBURN is a graduate of the University of Toronto in political science, and Columbia University in public law and government. He has taught at Mount Allison University and the University of Saskatchewan, and is Assistant Professorof Political Science at Queen's University. Both authors have been frequent contributors to the Canadian Journal of Economics and Political Science and have also published book-length works -- Professor Rosenbluth, Concentration in Canadian Manufacturing Industries, Professor Thorburn , Politics in New Brunswick.
