Haitao ChangDr Haitao Chang (Member, IEEE) received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in navigation, guidance, and control from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, China, in 2010, 2013, and 2018, respectively. He is currently an Assistant Research Profssor with the School of Astronautics, Northwestern Polytechnical University.
