Han ZhangHan Zhang received his B.S. degree from Wuhan University (China) in 2006 and Ph.D. from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) in 2010. He is currently a Distinguished Professor and Director of the Shenzhen Key Laboratory of 2D Materials and Deices, and the Shenzhen Engineering Laboratory of Phosphorene and Optoelectronics, Shenzhen University, China.
