Hao BaiHao Bai received the bachelor's degree and master's degree in electrical engineering from the Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, China, in 2013 and 2016 respectively. He received his doctor's degree in electrical engineering from the Univesity of Technology of Belfort-Montbeliard, France, in 2019. He is currently an associate professor at Northwestern Polytechnical University, China.
