Harpreet Walia

Dr. Harpreet Walia was the Coordinator in the Department of Environmental Studies at DAV University, Jalandhar from 2013-2016. With over 15 years of research experience, she specializes in the field of Environmental toxicology, Natural Plant Produts, Solid Waste Management, Antioxidative and Antimutagenic activities of medicinal plants. She is a gold Medalist in Post-graduation with 12 years of teaching experience. She has published more than 25 research papers and review articles in national and international journals. She has contributed in various community engagement programmes and conducted various activities in waste management and waste recycling.
