Clear, as well as many articles, manuals, and professional reports on a variety of criminal justice topics. A graduate of the Rutgers School of Criminal Justice, Dr. Dammer is active in numerous professional organizations, including the American Society of Criminology, the American Correctional Association, and the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences--where he served as chair of the International Section.
