In addition, she is certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner, Integrative Imagery Practitioner and has certificates in aromatherap, plant-based nutrition, and vegan nutrition. Judy's strong commitment to promoting health led her to establish Health Promotion Associates, LLC, and publish a community-based magazine titled Self-Care, Well-Being & Beyond. She went on to write The CONNECT Health Management System.Nutrition and plants have always been her passion. But it wasn't until she picked up a box of broccoli microgreens at the local health food store that her passion for growing her own vegetables began. That was several years ago. She has been growing microgreens in her home ever since and educating others through community events.
