Heather E TisdaleHeather Tisdale was born and raised in Louisiana. While at Louisiana College she and her sidekick Thomas (who later became her husband) were exchange students in London and became devoted Anglophiles. In 2004 they decided to live adventurously and leve the American South and move to the United Kingdom.
