Hector OrtizDr. Hector R. Ortiz is a motivational speaker and consultant in diversity, leadership development, and communication, translation, and interpretation services. He currently serves as Community Liaison and Contract Manager of Dauphin County's Office o Human Services. Dr. Ortiz holds a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, a master's degree in Diplomacy, and a doctorate in International Relations. Hector is the President of H & R Communication & Consulting Services. He also is the founder and former president of Estamos Unidos de PA, a grassroots organization created to promote cultural awareness and post-secondary opportunities for kids.
