Helen FletcherGrowing up the eldest of a family of 4 boys Helen has always felt responsible for everyone around her. This led to the study of yoga and teaching for various organizations over 25 years. In later life, chaotic changes in her life led her to train as n Enrolled Nurse's Aide at St. George hospital where she obtained first place in the state of NSW. She then moved into Diversional Therapy working in age care and disabilities for the remainder of her working life. Moving from Sydney to the mid north coast she worked as a Day Care coordinator before opening her own business, The Harmony Relaxation Centre. On her retirement, she moved to the Far North Coast where she enjoys life with her partner. She looks forward to visits from her daughter and son as well as her two grandchildren. Her interests have always been travelling, philosophy, coloring (started well before it became a fad), reading, knitting, crosswords, going bush and of course as Pisces being near water. She loves the area around the Far North Coast for the closeness to Brisbane and the theatre where she loves to attend the variety of live show it offers.
