Henry PeterHenry Peter is both professor and head of the commercial law department of the University of Geneva Law School as well as senior partner of a law firm based in Lugano, Switzerland. He specializes in commercial, banking, finance, arbitration and sport law. Since 2001, he is Vice-Chairman of the disciplinary chamber of the Swiss Olympic Association in charge of doping cases is a member of the Swiss Arbitration Association and chairman of its Swiss Italian section, and is author or editor of several books and numerous papers in the various fields of his activities.
