Huaqun GuoHuaqun Guo obtained her BEng and MEng from Tianjin University in 1989 and 1991 respectively, and obtained her MEng and PhD from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2001 and 2007 respectively. She was a senior engineer at Kent Ridge Digital abs (KRDL), (Singapore, 2000-2001). She was a senior research staff, NUS from June 2001 to March 2003. She was an Ordinary Member of Singapore Computer Society from 2000 to 2005. She has been an IEEE member since 2007, a committee member of IEEE SG WIE AG 2008, and a member of SingAREN (Singapore Advance Research and Education Network) since 2000. Dr. Guo is currently a research fellow at the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), Agency for Science Technology and Research (A*STAR) (Singapore). She has published a number of papers in international journals and conferences.
