Hubert FeildHubert S. Feild earned his Ph.D. in industrial psychology from the University of Georgia. He has been a faculty member in the Department of Management at Auburn University for more than 33 years and is now the Torchmark Professor of Management. His nmerous articles have been published in such journals as ACADEMY OF MANAGEMENT JOURNAL, JOURNAL OF APPLIED PSYCHOLOGY, and PERSONNEL PSYCHOLOGY.
