Ian Eagleton

Ian Eagleton is a former primary school teacher, now a reviewer, resource writer and picture book author whose first two books, Nen and the Lonely Fisherman and Violet’s Tempest, were widely acclaimed. In runs the Reading Realm online resource and enjoys running virtual workshops for children. He and his husband have recently become dads through adoption and his book Superheroes in the Park (Otter-Barry Books, 2026) is very much based on their own experiences of parenting a toddler. He lives in Essex.
