Ignatius Donnelly
Ignatius Donnelly (1831-1901) was an American author, politician, and amateur scientist. He is best known for his theories about Atlantis and his advocacy for the theory of Shakespearean authorship. Donnelly's work on Atlantis influenced later wriers and researchers in the field of pseudoscience and speculative history.
