Igor AshmarovIgor Ashmarov was born on November 18, 1975. In 1997, he graduated from the history department of the Voronezh State University. In 2003 Ashmarov I.A. defended his thesis. Thesis: “Economic institutions of the labor market” (place of defense - Voroneh State University). In 2009, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor. From 2014 to the present, Ashmarov Igor has been working as an assistant professor in the department of humanitarian and socio-economic disciplines of the Voronezh State Institute of Arts.
