Ilyes CharchafaDr. Ilyes Charchafa obtained a PhD in Commerce Sciences (2018) from the University of Setif 1 and a Post-PhD degree from the same institution (2019). He began his career as an Assistant Professor at the University of Setif 1 (Algeria) in 2013. Since 018, he has been a Lecturer in Accounting, Finance, and Corporate Governance at the Department of Finance and Accounting at the same university. From 2017 to 2022, he served as the Deputy Head of the Common Core Department at the Faculty of Economics, Commerce Sciences, and Management Sciences. Since February 2022, Dr. Charchafa has been responsible for the 1st cycle Corporate Finance program.His main fields of interest include Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Auditing, Corporate Finance, and Corporate Governance.
