Indranil SamantaDr. Indranil Samanta is an Assistant Professor at the West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences. Prior to his current position, he conducted his post-graduate research at the Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI) and subsequently seved as Assistant Professor at S.K. University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K). Dr. Samanta's research focuses on Indian livestock, poultry, captive birds, and pet animals as sources of zoonotic pathogens such as STEC, EPEC, EHEC, Salmonella, Klebsiella, Cryptococcus, and dermatophytes.
